Request submitted by employee

The employee submits request for leave, keying in details such as leave type, date, etc. This is escalated to the manager, who verifies the employee's leave history.

Request verified by the manager

Once the number of days requested is verified, the manager either approves or rejects it. Upon rejection, a modification in the number of days is made by the employee and again submitted.

Further processing by HR

The request, upon manager approval, is sent to HR for further processing. They're also instantly notified to take action using the webhooks feature.

Leave granted

After notifying HR, the HR manager starts the process. Once they approve it, the employee gets a notification email that their request has been approved.

System Updated

Once the leave request is processed, the internal system is automatically updated with the employee leave info, the remaining days of leave available to the employee, and any other relevant details.
